Shipping for the first time
The biggest challenge was the delay in communication from singulart. The process is very smooth once you know what to do! I was frantically sending messages to any singulart contact I could think of to try to get the artwork on its way. The other item was waiting for the shipper. In my location it is much easier for me to run the parcel to the depot, a fifteen minute journey. If there was a built in option to choose it would be helpful. As it was, the person receiving the parcel assured me the drop off would be noted. ( I had waited the entire window of time for pickup) 4 days later a courier came by for the pickup

I had a great experience overall
I had a great experience overall, as an artist!
So it happened that my email address wasn’t working properly, while I sold a painting with them, and they wrote me on whatsapp just to make sure that I recieved the order and that I send it asap. Being my first painting sold, they guided me seamlessly, through whatsapp and email, and a special thanks goes to Natalia Franco for making sure all required details reach me. I love the fact that the courier directly comes to my studio and picks up the art, there’s no customs process to be made by me. Totally recommend!

The piece I initially wanted became unavailable due to circumstances on the artist's side, but I was advised to commission a custom piece, and as a result, I received a painting that exceeded my expectations. It took some time, but I received thorough progress updates via email throughout, which allowed me to wait for the artwork to arrive with peace of mind.

I watched your packaging video. It was informative and helpful, although I had prior experience with the process. The logistics had a blip at the start, but that was solved without much delay. DHL Tracking was detailed and frequent.

When I first joined the platform
When I first joined the platform, I honestly expected it to be similar to many other online marketplaces, where artists are simply added to a large catalogue and left to navigate things on their own.
