As you're aware, the order was dispatched from us on time. However, the local courier seemed to have some difficulty delivering this, despite our best efforts to get the problem with them resolved.

As discussed with my colleague yesterday, as part of the British Standard, for any fire extinguisher to be certified, a service engineer is required to attend your site. They not only confirm that the extinguisher has been delivered in perfect working order (as good as couriers are, it isn't unheard of for things to get damaged from time to time), but they also ensure it is the right fire extinguisher for the location and the fire risks which are present.
Unfortunately, you did not purchase the certification service. However, if this is something you still require, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we'll try our best to get this booked in with your local engineer as soon as possible.
