Very happy experience from ordering to delivery to installation - the guys they partner with to commission are amazing - helpful, kind and nothing too much trouble - would 110% recommend. A thoroughly enjoyable experience throughout - pretty rare these days it seems !

After our yearly Fire inspection
After our yearly Fire inspection, we were faced with having to replace all extinguishers with a hefty price attached to getting it done, we found these guys on line and were half the price of what we were quoted, even with installing them and signing off.
The service and communication was great, and everything was done within a very reasonable time scale.

Complete failure to deliver to contract
I ordered 4 extinguishers for express delivery and paid the extra for that service. 2 arrived as expected and paid for, the other two were left in the warehouse and were received 3 days later. This missed the engineer visit arranged to inspect and commission them. Consequently another visit was required which incurred additional cost. AllI got back when I complained by phone was ‘oh sorry’. Simply not good enough. If you can’t meet deadlines don’t advertise them and charge people for a service they didn’t get.

As soon as you made us aware that you were missing two extinguishers, we resolved the issue and they were delivered the next working day, as well as refunding the cost of delivery which you should have already received.
As you did not arrange the extinguisher commissioning through us, additional costs were beyond our control and we always advise customers not to book work until they have their items. While more than 98% of our deliveries are received the next working day, unfortunately, couriers do incur unforeseen issues beyond our control.
We hope you will still consider us should you need more fire safety equipment so we can prove this was a one-off.
