The people I have dealt with have been fantastic
The people I have dealt with have been polite, helpful and have dealt with my queries immediately. The telephone is answered very quickly, no hanging around for ages waiting for it to be answered. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! They were super helpful from start to finish in getting my Grandmother set up with a simple landline. Communication was excellent all the way through and we are very happy with how easy the process was. You get to speak to an actual human and everything is straight forward.

Top quality service
My mum has been a customer of simpe telecommunications for many years for phone line only, when we wanted broadband it was with suprise we could have it then too, I spoke to John who was able to answer all my questions and get it sorted. I contacted this Company for my elderly…
I contacted this Company for my elderly mother in respect of phone and broadband deal.
Their service was second to none and would highly recommend them. It makes a change to have such brilliant service these days and couldn't be more helpful. Especially dealing with elderly vunerable people.
