I am useless with technology & the web, she was so patient with me & nothing was to much for her talking me through everything & helping with my issues.

Have spoken to a few companies before about renting and they haven't been very helpful on the phone. They are all very dismissive. Charlotte the girl I spoke to was very helpful and went above and beyond, patiently answering all my questions. If I do decide to rent a property from the company then I will definitely request Charlotte to help me. 🙂

Charlotte was very helpful and made the whole experience very easy for us. She talked us through the whole process and made sure our needs were met and was very personable as well as being easy to contact throughout.

Fast response and communication, great quality homes , Jade from simple life team been very helpful went above and beyond to make sure everything is going smoothly.

I have just reserved a property with Paulina, she has been extremely informative throughout and managed to get me a same day viewing, I was interested in 2 properties and she has ensured I had visibility to both before submitting an application for one. I would truly like to express my thanks to Niamh who went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute viewing. It was an off chance I spoke with Niamh, who then made time between her clients to show me a property. I cannot thank her enough for really turning my experience into something extremely positive. I would most definitely recommend her professionalism and friendliness. She has a great balance of both.

Niamh from Simple Life has been absolutely brilliant throughout our rental application so far. She’s been really friendly, efficient and easy to deal with, and the whole process has been smooth and straightforward up to now. Communication has been great and nothing has seemed too much trouble. So far, so good, really positive experience.

Paulina has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Her communication has been excellent, always keeping me updated and answering any questions quickly. Charlotte was very pleasant and quite helpful.

The company is very straight forward and smooth. Everyone in the team is super polite and helpful, however for me James stood out, he’s super energetic, polite and helpful. Nothing feels too much to request or ask off him, he’s always reassuring and honestly made any questions I had easy to communicate. I think James deserves a fat bonus 😛 thank you for your help James I called in daily for weeks and could always tell when James answered the phone and we always had a giggle. I had issues arranging a viewing and accessing the application centre via the website. I emailed the company and was helped to book a visit and finalise my log in to the application centre by Niamh.
She responded promptly and was really helpful.

From the moment I moved in, every department has been welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Response times are always quick, with clear communication and acknowledgement of any queries I’ve raised. If one person doesn’t have the answer straight away, they always go the extra mile to ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
It’s also reassuring to know there’s a reliable maintenance team in place. I recently reported an issue with my front door sticking, and it was resolved within just a few days. The speed and care taken made me feel safe and secure in my flat.
Overall, the service and support have been excellent, and it’s been a really positive experience living here so far.

Niamh was extremely responsive and helpful in helping me secure a property! Estimated response time was only a couple of minutes, almost unheard of.
