Having had our 58L bin for 5 years and been very happy with it, it finally succumbed to its use and part of the opening mechanism broke. Happily though a couple of quick exchanges with simple human customer service and a brand new bin is on its way under warranty. Really good service and company.

After 10 loyal years, my Simplehuman kitchen sensor waste bin finally had to be replaced.
I have just bought the replacement online
I had to email the customer service department as I had forgotten to claim my 10% voucher and they retrospectively gave me a refund
such honesty.
Can’t wait for my grandchildren to start using the new bin.
The sensor is amazing. You don’t have to touch the bin at all

We had a problem with our bin and we contacted Simplehuman initially by telephone and they asked us to send information and photos. This was done today ( Monday ) and by the end of the day it was sorted and a replacement bin on its way.
The service was fantastic and big thank you to Renwil, Simplehuman, you should be very proud of your staff.
Keep up the good work,service like this is vital in this day and age.

I bought the dishrack cost £110 when assembled it was a flimsy plastic eyesore- attempted to return it and despite not even seeing it - Simplehuman claimed it was used and would not accept the return
Avoid this company- expensive plastic trash / and dreadful customer treatment

I wasted a morning of my time asking why I hadn’t received a code that promised 10% discount as a first time buyer. AI acknowledged it was the company’s error but asked me to wait for a team member to resolve it. It could possibly be that day or not. It was only after threatening to abandon my purchase that the code was instantly provided and I got the discount. Is that the company’s usual mode of operation? It doesn’t make for goodwill or for possible future purchases.

A part broke on my bin. They were unable to provide a replacement so, despite being well out of warranty, sent me a new bin. Everything was resolved in just a few days.

I had a small issue with a triple dispenser over 2 years after purchase. I contacted Simplehuman and within 2 hours a replacement was on it's way. Fantastic service. 5 stars +++.

My light up compact mirror broke after gently rolling off my low bed onto a thick pile rug. Contacted customer support to be told no parts are available as only sold as a whole unit, then a second email stating it’s now been discontinued anyway. According to simplehuman it’s not covered under the 5 year warranty as it was an accident, not taken into consideration possibility of poor workmanship. Been offered 10% discount on a future purchase, which is insulting.
In my opinion this mirror was incompatible for normal life and extremely poor quality. Possibly the reason for it no longer being produced.
Please be very wary before purchasing from this company.

I had a problem with the plastic internal bin so contacted their customer service dept. I received an email within 24 hours and less than 3 days later they had replaced the whole bin! I have to say that their customer service was outstanding, I just expected to get a replacement internal bin but no, they sent me the whole unit. Excellent service all round.

Reached out regarding parts for my bin, Simple Human. Came back to me within their time scale, unfortunately couldn't help with my bin lid due to age ( probably over ten years) offer 10% off a new one. Looks like they are cheaper on Amazon anyway.
Will by another bin, not cheap but it did last.
Fantastic products (and long warranty periods),
but when I did have a warranty claim it was simple and the product was replaced quickly with no fuss or expense on my side.

I have had more trouble with my simplehuman mirror but got intouch with customer service and once again they were excellent in getting a replacement sorted for me. The customer service staff were all polite and professional. Ten out of Ten.
