I contacted Sim Demon by phone and spoke with Jacob about the GT DD Extreme wheel and base. I wasn’t sure which pedals would be the best choice, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about sim racing and took the time to explain my options clearly. His advice really helped me feel confident in my decision.
In fact, the pedals he recommended weren’t even in stock at the time, which reassured me that he genuinely had my best interests in mind and wasn’t trying to upsell. I asked if he could let me know when they became available, and he kindly messaged me just a few days later as promised — great follow-up service.
I placed my order on Monday and it arrived the very next day — outstanding delivery speed.

Our family of four decided to try a one-hour SIM racing session and were greeted with a friendly reception when we arrived. The experience began with an informative and captivating overview, followed by ample practice time before the actual race. The cost per person was reasonable for the hour-long activity, making it a great deal. This unique activity provided a wonderful opportunity for our teenage kids to have fun and connect with us as a family.

Efficient service, everything arrived on time and exactly as described. Can’t fault anything.

After purchasing my first ever sim rig, I treated myself to an extra wheel (fanatec f1 esports v2) from sim demon, not only were they the cheapest online, I even managed to find a discount code which made it even cheaper, I ordered my wheel and it was delivered the next day which was spot on, packed in a really thick cardboard box to protect it as well, so was really impressed with there service, would definitely recommend to anyone adding to there sim rig etc (keep up the brilliant work guys)

We booked a one-hour SIM racing experience for our family of four and were warmly welcomed on arrival. The session included a clear and engaging introduction, along with plenty of time to practice before racing. We felt the price per person for a full hour represented excellent value. It was a unique experience that allowed our teenage children to genuinely enjoy an activity together with their parents.
