Cheap, but that's about it

The shuttle buses are quite old with uncomfortable seats and poor air conditioning. We used this in May - I wouldn't like to use this service in the middle of summer. On our return journey the bus was 35 mins later than stated, however when we called to inquire, it was handled clearly and efficiently. The driver was also very pleasant.

Very recommendable

It was amazing. We booked them on our trip to Corfu Island, Greece and we really can’t complain. It was a little struggle to find the stand of the company at the airport at first but besides that everything went perfectly fine. We had a whole van for ourselves and the ride was very pleasant. The driver was on time ( both times when outward AND return journey ). I can recommend this company to everyone.

Arrival ok, way back great

The arrival (3.5.2025)was very different to our usual experience we have had with the company:
We were waited for with Name sign which was fine, but then marched outside over busy roads without looking back to us by the guy who waited for us and handed over without words to a rather grumpy driver, who didnt look at us, ask anything or say anything. The drive was very safe just not the usual cretan welcome we are used to. The pickup back to the airport (10.5.2026) on the other hand was very friendly, punctual as always and a very pleasant and safe drive to the airport as usual.
Basically we really appreciate the services and will be happy to use them again as they have been very reliable and fair in prices.

1 excellent and 1 not so excellent

First pick up was a disaster. We were left waiting in BCN airport for nearly 3 hours and were greeted with rudeness and little communication. After an hour we were shipped to Terminal 2 and left there for 2 hours with no communication or information. I understand it's low season and would have happily gobe to a coffee shop and arrived at the terminal for departure. It was mainly the lack of information given.

The second transfer was excellent. Bus arrived right on time and although 2 passengers were late we still made it to the airport with enough time to spare.

Would book again as I know what to expect and very reasonable prices.

Hours wasted and rude staff

The wait at the airport before we departed when we arrived was over an hour, we were given inaccurate information by the desk then when we finally got to the bus the driver was rude and we had a further wait. Travelling back to the airport was worse, we were over two hours on the bus travelling all over the place collecting other passengers. The journey from our hotel to the airport was only 50mins so we should have been made aware we would be hours on the bus in the heat. We also asked to be collected at a later time as our flight wasn’t until the evening and we didn’t want to have hours in the airport, the lady I spoke to on the phone was also very rude. Although it is much cheaper way to travel than taxi, I wouldn’t recommend as you waste hours to suit their schedule.

For this reason, both the waiting time after arrival and the longer journey duration on your return transfer can be expected, as the route is planned to accommodate several passengers travelling to and from different locations.
That said, we sincerely apologise that this was not clearly communicated to you in advance, and for any inaccurate information you received from our staff. We are also very concerned to hear about the manner in which you were treated, both at the airport and during your phone call. Great prices and easy to book

Haven’t actually used the service yet, but the prices are excellent and the website is user friendly. My holiday isn’t until July so stay tuned for the full lowdown.

NO driver waiting for me!

After 20 hours traveling, I landed in Belgrade. Once I cleared immigration and picked up luggage I reached the arrivals' hall. I was on a wheelchair, desperately looking for the driver that would take me to the hotel. The airport employee handling my wheelchair graciously offered to call Shuttle Direct and inquire about the whereabouts of my assigned driver. We were advised driver on its way, that should arrive in 10-15 minutes. This is unacceptable! Why bother to arrange airport transfer in advance, if the driver is not waiting for you? Not what I expected!

First class service

Excellent service - both drivers on pick up and return were professional and courteous. Vehicles were very clean and communication via watzap was much appreciated. Although not the cheapest option available I was overall very pleased with the service. Thank you.
