Transfer from Airport and return Airport

Company very reliable was waiting with our name on a board so we could easily see our driver confirming our destination very polite and on time
On our return journey we had a different driver he confirmed our names and destination arrived on time driver very helpful with our luggage and very polite.

PERECT Disaster!!

PERECT Disaster!!
My sister and me booked a transfer from Mailand-Linate to Bergamo OLD town. Driver spoke NO ENGLISH fortunately we as Germans speak italian. Unfriendly no help with the luggage. He said there is "little probIem" we have to walk a short distance to the hotel. In Bergamo NEW town at a traffic roundabout he told us to get out of the car and walk. We refused - the old town lies on a hill (100m altitude difference, approx.1 hour walk!!) Endless discussions and telephone calls with his boss Ali. He had no permit (you have to pay for it) to drive to old town. Obviously he had never been there before. We forced him to drive. In OLD town he left the car and us including luggage standing there. Arriving at the hotel after a short walk we met him there in discussion with the woman at the reception because the hotels grant the permits. No meeting point for back transfer to Airport was told. We didn`t want to risk to miss our flight back home and booked the Hotel taxi service although back transfer with Shuttle Direct was paid. Hotel arranged perfect door to door service
Lesson learned: Ask always your hotel for transfer service, they know the city and have an interest in providing the best service for you.
DON`T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! You surely will regret it!

A very Long tour

The driver was picking up too many passengers.
The total time in the bus from Alanya to Antalya Aairport was 3.5 hour. We had to hurry a lot to catch our plane.
You are supposed to be in the airport 3 hours before depart time. He should know that.

On arrival at Palma airport we catched…

On arrival at Palma airport we catched the bus to Can-picafort. At Alcudia there was a sportevent causing traffic blocks. The driver was not aware of this what took us almost 3(!) hours to get to the hotel

Cheap, but that's about it

The shuttle buses are quite old with uncomfortable seats and poor air conditioning. We used this in May - I wouldn't like to use this service in the middle of summer. On our return journey the bus was 35 mins later than stated, however when we called to inquire, it was handled clearly and efficiently. The driver was also very pleasant.

Very recommendable

It was amazing. We booked them on our trip to Corfu Island, Greece and we really can’t complain. It was a little struggle to find the stand of the company at the airport at first but besides that everything went perfectly fine. We had a whole van for ourselves and the ride was very pleasant. The driver was on time ( both times when outward AND return journey ). I can recommend this company to everyone.

Arrival ok, way back great

The arrival (3.5.2025)was very different to our usual experience we have had with the company:
We were waited for with Name sign which was fine, but then marched outside over busy roads without looking back to us by the guy who waited for us and handed over without words to a rather grumpy driver, who didnt look at us, ask anything or say anything. The drive was very safe just not the usual cretan welcome we are used to. The pickup back to the airport (10.5.2026) on the other hand was very friendly, punctual as always and a very pleasant and safe drive to the airport as usual.
Basically we really appreciate the services and will be happy to use them again as they have been very reliable and fair in prices.

1 excellent and 1 not so excellent

First pick up was a disaster. We were left waiting in BCN airport for nearly 3 hours and were greeted with rudeness and little communication. After an hour we were shipped to Terminal 2 and left there for 2 hours with no communication or information. I understand it's low season and would have happily gobe to a coffee shop and arrived at the terminal for departure. It was mainly the lack of information given.

The second transfer was excellent. Bus arrived right on time and although 2 passengers were late we still made it to the airport with enough time to spare.

Would book again as I know what to expect and very reasonable prices.

Hours wasted and rude staff

The wait at the airport before we departed when we arrived was over an hour, we were given inaccurate information by the desk then when we finally got to the bus the driver was rude and we had a further wait. Travelling back to the airport was worse, we were over two hours on the bus travelling all over the place collecting other passengers. The journey from our hotel to the airport was only 50mins so we should have been made aware we would be hours on the bus in the heat. We also asked to be collected at a later time as our flight wasn’t until the evening and we didn’t want to have hours in the airport, the lady I spoke to on the phone was also very rude. Although it is much cheaper way to travel than taxi, I wouldn’t recommend as you waste hours to suit their schedule.
