Arrived bang on time, great service. Bus was nice an air conditioned. Driver called us by name so we knew for sure it was our bus. Very smooth process. Will definitely use again. Great price also.

After a short wait at airport for the other flights to arrive I was allocated stand and transport was there and effective drop off at all hotels.
Only thing that would be helpful is to provide a bus number for return journey as there are so many buses arrive at hotel and there's a fear that you miss your bus and you are down checking with every driver.

Easy to use ap. Offered a refund as our hotel was not on their route as heavy traffic not allowed on the same street as the hotel. However, the drop off point was only a minute's walk to the hotel. Coach was comfortable with an excellent driver. The journey did take a little longer than we thought. Would definately recommend.

Good and clean Vehicles. Always on time.

One point to improve on would be to tell the driver to have a card with passenger's name so that makes it easier at the airport meeting location. We struggled to find him for 15 minutes and he was not far from us especially if you don't have Internet access!

The second driver who picked us from the hotel to the airport was absolutely fantastic guy who we liked and enjoyed travelling with.

All went well and on time ! I would definitely use this company again …! X

Everything was allright, the transfer went very well, as planned. Good value for the right price.

We booked a transfer from Malaga airport to our hotel. There was an issue with the getting our baggage as the carousel wasn't working so the baggage had to be loaded manually and so took a long time to get the luggage. The driver would not wait and left without us leaving us no option other than to make alternative arrangements to get to the hotel

Everything worked out well. Clear information on the pick up stations, easy to find. And absolutely on time. We had a time change in flight and changed pickup time in advance- it also worked well. So I can absolutely recommend this transfer service.

Excellent service! Very easy to locate at the airport and on time on my return to the airport. The cars were immaculate and both drivers were friendly but very professional. I would definitely recommend 👌

Booked taxi for my parents, who are elderly. The driver was clearly visible and waiting for them. Very curtious and professional. Very comfortable taxi, and pleasant journey into Benidorm. It's expensive, but a nice treat.

After the initial worry and stress of not finding the meeting point at Barcelona airport, then not finding the driver, it was a very positive excellent service. Return journey excellent, driver turned up on time. Both drivers very friendly and helpful. Will use ShuttleDirect again.

It works as advertised. I just had to wait for a while for a bus to come, and needed to go to the most distant place, so it took a lot of time till I reached my destination. After a long flight having a long trip was a tiring experience.
But still - it's a good value for the price

Beware of this company. They will not pick you up from your hotel!! They will only pick you up from designated places, which you will have to make your own way there. There is nothing stating this when applying. Disgusting In response to their reply, all I will say is that we have used other companies in the past while staying in Stalis and every one of them has picked us up from our hotel. There’s no excuse just a bland answer. Very POOR

Great service on time helpful drivers

A smooth transfer with not many drop off along the way. Good value as opposed to a taxi. Not long to wait at the airport and the return pick up was bang on the time which had been notified a day or two before.

Extremely rude & bad service from Shuttle Direct. Our flight was delayed to Malaga by 1 hr & further delays waiting on our baggage. Company claims it waits 1 hour. However, another of our party arrived on a different flight & on time & there was no driver displaying my name when she went looking for our driver!!! Company claims they were at airport waiting . They rang me, I consistently returned their call some minutes later & after eventuality getting through was met with an abusive & rude man who basically said it’s in the policy (wait 1 hr only)..& I’d have to book again (& pay again) if I wanted another car.(€100!!) he said they only wait 1 hr & then leave. He then hung up!
My argument is that he never showed up at all &as previously mentioned, another member of my party did not find anyone waiting with my name displayed. ( despite being there on time!!)
An unreliable company & very bad service.
