I am in Sidari

I am in Sidari, Corfu and the pick up time for my return transfer to the airport is 6 hours before my flight when it's been 4 hours for the last 16 years so they expect me to be at the airport 4 hours before my flight, this is not acceptable so I called them and they could not care less Do not use this company

No Shuttle No Trip No Transfer

Absolutely disgusted by the appalling level of non-service I have received.

I booked and paid in full for a return transfer, only to have the entire transaction cancelled several days before the booking date. This is completely unacceptable. I had a contract in place and had paid for a service in full, yet it was simply cancelled without any proper explanation, no suitable alternative offered, and no attempt made to resolve the situation.

To cancel a fully paid booking at such short notice and leave a customer without the service they had contracted and paid for is utterly disgraceful. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability and customer care is shocking.

This has been an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this has been handled.

Your booking was cancelled due to the service supplier confirming that they did not have availability for your transfer on the requested date. Unfortunately, this means the service could not be fulfilled and we were required to cancel the booking prior to the scheduled travel date.
We understand this was short notice and appreciate how disruptive this is, especially as you had already paid in full and were relying on the service. We also recognise your disappointment regarding the lack of alternatives offered at the time.
A full refund has been processed following the cancellation.
We appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing this situation with the supplier to help prevent similar issues in the future. If you need any further assistance or would like us to check the status of your refund, please contact our support team.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Don't not use this company.
I arrived at barcelona airport with my son Thursday 11th June 1 hour late due to delay. I received a phone call telling me the bus had left and the next one was 09.30 the following morning. We landed at 23.30. Was advised to get a taxi and that I would be reimbursed. The company has reneged on this now. So they charged me £60 for a bus they didn't provide and then I had to pay €250 euro for a taxi that they were never going to reimburse.
I strongly advise not to use this disgusting company.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive later than expected and then face disruption to your onward transfer, especially travelling with your son.
As part of the booking made on our website, the service selected was a shared shuttle transfer. These services operate on scheduled departures, and this is explained at the time of booking. In the event of significant flight delays, where a passenger is unable to connect with the last scheduled departure, the standard procedure is to offer a seat on the next available service.
In your case, as the arrival time meant the final service had already departed, our team advised you accordingly and informed you of the next available departure the following morning. The option to arrange alternative transport, such as a taxi, was provided as a practical solution given the timing.
We also want to clarify that reimbursement for alternative transport is not automatically applicable in these circumstances, as this is not included within the terms of a shared shuttle service.
That said, we are sorry for the inconvenience and distress this situation caused. We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we will review your case again internally to ensure all communications were handled correctly.

Holiday transfer

Excellent service waiting for us when we arrived, Very polite, helpful full driver although spoke little English this was not a problem and after all we are in Spain. Would definitely recommend and use again.

On time and no hassle

On time and no hassle. Make sure you read the documents as we thought we needed to go to terminal 1 (which we didn't) and had to get a taxi back to terminal 2 €21

Your staff at the airport was very profesional

Your staff at the airport was very helpfull, positive and really profesional. The bad point is that we wait around hour and half for bus. It was schedulled for 22.30 it came around 23.00hrs.

With shared services, the departure time can vary slightly as the vehicle may wait briefly for other passengers arriving on different flights before leaving the airport. This can sometimes result in short delays beyond the scheduled time.
We do understand that waiting an hour and a half is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I like that the staff are nice

I like that the staff are nice, but I didn't like the waiting time. I had to wait for over an hour for other passengers to get in. It would have been cheaper and quicker for me to use public transport to get to the destination. No driver's fault, she was very polite.

Unfortunately the pick up was 15 mins late(plus I was there 15 mins early)
I reckoned he forgot to collect me as he went a very roundabout way after; heading into town and then back to the hotel Bali and then Cala Finistrat
I’m a regular user of shuttle direct and this was the first time I was not 100% happy
I also arranged for my daughter and granddaughter to use shuttle direct ( Jennifer Dallas) on Thursday morning 11 th June to be dropped off at Coblanca 20 and the driver left them off at the Bali to walk down at 02.30
First time ever this has happened
I’m still using your service and have 4 more journeys booked

Airport Desk unable to provide time of arrival and departure of shuttle from airport, no information regarding the route - if the shuttle goes via Alcudia and not directly to Puerto pollenca it can take another hour.

As this is a shared service, the exact departure time from the airport and the route taken are managed by the transfer provider on the day of arrival and can vary depending on passenger bookings and operational requirements.

Unfortunately, the airport desk is not able to provide a guaranteed arrival time at your destination or confirm in advance whether the shuttle will travel directly to Puerto Pollensa or make additional stops, such as in Alcudia, before reaching your accommodation. As shared shuttle services may include multiple drop-offs, journey times can be longer than direct private transfers.

If you require a guaranteed direct transfer with a fixed journey time, we would be happy to provide information on upgrading to a private transfer, subject to availability.
