Assumed the Driver was telling the truth when he said I had insulted him when it was him that was carrying out his duties as per the voucher.

Experience was great

This was by far the most unpleasant…

This was by far the most unpleasant driver we have ever had.

He arrived 30 minutes late because he had apparently gone to the wrong hotel. When he finally arrived, we didn’t receive any apology at all. We were already stressed because we needed to catch our flight.

Halfway through the journey, he wanted to stop for a break. We told him that it wasn’t necessary since he had already been late and we would risk missing our flight if he stopped. He mumbled something in Turkish and called your customer service, claiming that he couldn’t understand us because we only spoke English (I understand a little Turkish). Despite this, he stopped anyway, simply saying, “5 minutes,” and got out to smoke a cigarette. He was so rude and frightened our children with the way he spoke, and showed no sense of customer service. The car smelled bad and was dirty.

We continued driving, and as we approached the airport, he asked, “Terminal 2?” We replied that we didn’t know and that he should have that information. He then called your customer service again. Shouldn’t you have communicated our terminal to him before the journey began?

When we finally arrived at the airport, he opened the trunk but didn’t help us with our luggage at all.

We were the very last passengers to check in, only making it at the last possible moment. If he had arrived on time, we would not have had to go through all that stress.

To long on the bus

Because this was a shared shuttle service, the route can take longer than a private transfer as we may need to make additional stops to pick up or drop off other passengers. This can sometimes extend the overall travel time.

The service you provided was excellent

The service you provided was excellent. We arrived at the airport and had a phone call while waiting for our luggage informing us where to go to meet the rep. The bus journey was efficient and the driver friendly. 2 days before our return we received an email confirming our pick up place and time. The real time tracking was an excellent touch so we could track the bus right up to our pick up and it was also on time. Again the driver was friendly and efficient. We will definitely recommend your company and use the service again. Thank you

Shuttledirect - Highly recommended

I have used Shuttledirect for private transfers for over 10 years and highly recommend them. I recently booked return private transfers for my daughter, partner and toddler . The drivers each way were on time, professional and friendly. Cost of transfers was also great The vehicals were immaculate. Overall a 10 out of 10. Thank you Shuttledirect!

Myself and elderly mother were greeted…

Myself and elderly mother were greeted in arrivals by friendly representative who confirmed which hotel we were going to. The bus only had two drop offs so short journey to our resort. However bus driver did not take us to hotel but left us no where near with at least a 15 minute walk for us to find our hotel.

Do not book with this company !!!

Do not book with this company !!!
We booked transfer in Tenerife
I still have the booking confirmation
They failed to pick us up and when we called they told us to get a taxi and keep the receipt!
They then refused to refund us or reimburse us !!!
I have provided proof of voucher and receipt but they will not accept any failure of service and will not engage
