Absolutely useless company. Ordered a tin of paint that arrived damaged and paint had leaked into the bag that was surrounding it. Most likely miss-handled by an equally useless courier!!! Trying to get a replacement or refund was attempted over several weeks and eventually gave up to save my own sanity. Use these at your own peril!!!!!!

I bought the product but they no longer had it in stock. Admittedly, I had to contact them to discover this as I’d waited 3 weeks and no product. But they did respond quickly via email to apologise and they did refund my money too. Rightly so of course but thought it was worth knowing for potential customers.

Part of the order came damaged and not fit for use and the majority of the order never came came at all, after numerous emails and an offer of a refund that has never come I have now had to open up a case with PayPal for my money back.
STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING OFF THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!!!!

BEWARE In-existent service, Always too busy on phone and they do not respond to emails. Phone number is registered under multiple companies such as Statuscarcare, Gardenbutt, Statushomecare, Gardenhosepipe, Statuschristmas, AVOID

Ordered 2 tins paint 12 days ago via internet with 2-4 days delivery .
Still no paint , no reply to emails & customer service always busy to take your calls.
Would never use or recomend them
POOR SERVICE & disapointed i had to give 1 star😡😡😡😡

They sent the wrong colour and haven't replied to my emails. Can't reach them via phone. So now I am stuck with paint I don't want, out of pocket and no conclusion. Price was good and drew me in but turns out its ripped me off

No delivery, no communication, non existent customer service

Do not buy from this website. I ordered 4 tins of paint on the 31st March 2025. Initially my order was sent, I was then told it was lost my the shipping company. I was then asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I said replacement, I still have not received my order or any tracking details. I have now requested a refund and have heard nothing back.

Delivery split into 2 loads,very poor packaging /paint can split open on delivery,,many contacts later although paint gone to a gelly then offer me 20%reduction and won't even replace can until I send split can back,customer care in the minus figures do not buy from this firm at all

Not Happy!! Customer service by email sketchy no response to phone calls. Wrong colour paint sent, still waiting to find out whats happening!!

Stay clear, same complaint as a number of people. Ordered 3 5L of paint, one arrived promptly, second is supposed to be on the way but no sign of the third. Emails sent are either being ignored or is just a made up email address.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I emailed this company to cancel a order, I contacted them before the order was dispatched but they went ahead and sent it. I contacted them again and pointed out they were in breech of the distant selling act, I am waiting fot a response to my emails and considering reporting them for ignoring the law
