Arrived quickly all in good condition thankyou

Great price for my Merrell sandals, which were delivered quickly, ahead of schedule. I judge a company on several things, including how they deal with an issue. My sandals had a manufacturer fault, so shop outdoors asked me to return them at no cost, my postman collected them and they reserved a new pair which were great. Top-class friendly service and I would thoroughly recommend if you want to support a smaller business, I will certainly be back.

Delivered quickly full marks

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes to get the correct size. The correct size had a manufacturing fault so sent back for a replacement.

Customer service confirmed this was ok, chased this up following the bank holiday and now have been refunded due to no stock.

No apology either, why was a replacement order not placed on hold to reserve stock?

Disappointed with the poor customer service and the lack of comms.

Avoid this company at all costs. I didn't receive an item from my order and they have not helped out all, their customer service is awful and rude.

Buy direct from retailers and not this awful 'family run' business

Bought a berghaus jacket which developed a fault after a few months contacted shop outdoors and they took care of everything faster than I could have wished for. It’s when you have an issue that you really find out how good a shop is and I found shop outdoors to be first class

Just be aware, if returning any item there is no return label, no return service. Send back using a ‘signed for’ service which can be expensive.

The store online facility is extensive with many genuine bargains. The items are as described and the bargains real. Easy to navigate and easy to access. The ordered items are promptly dispatched and packaged well.

I accidentally sent two pairs of boots to shop outdoors that should have been sent elsewhere. Lorraine in the returns department was amazing and forwarded them back to me. Honestly didn’t think I would be able to retrieve them. Fantastic customer support and service.

Parcel dumped on doorstep Item stinking of some sort of flammable liquid. Clearly just dumped as courier knew parcel was have been refused due to the smell/damage to the parcel. Now they will not sent a replacement until I return the item which the post office refuse to take due to the smell. Very unhelpful on the phone and won't replace until I can return damaged item which I can not do a post office will not accept the return due to the smell.
