The product sent is not as described. The frame of the glases is correct, but the inserts are not as ordered. Since I ordered from mainland Europe, I won't send it back but still it's not satisfying.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Prompt, efficient service. I ordered a pair of Reef flip flops, but was unsure whether I needed a size 5 or 6. I ordered the 5, but then thoughts maybe I should have ordered the 6! I telephoned Shop Outdoors and spoke to a very helpful lady. She told me that had just one pair available in size 6, so I ordered those too, purchasing their subsidised return label for the return - I knew I'd have to return one pair. The return was quick and easy and the refund made without any problem at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RETAILER

A brilliant shopping experience
A brilliant shopping experience. The 1st pair of Oakley sunglasses I bought arrived within 1 working day but unfortunately, I didn,t like the frames. I contacted Shop Outdoors and informed them I was returning the sunglasses and requested an exchange for a different style. My glasses were returned and inspected, again, within 1 working day and my replacement specs sent out same day, at no cost to myself. Thank you Shop Outdoors. I would definately recommend them. 5 *****.
