Happy with the purchase and delivery speed, and perhaps more importantly ease of returns when item was a little too small for me personally

Bit of a misunderstanding with delivery date and communication at 1st but to be fair this was quickly resolved and I was kept up to date with my order, I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from this supplier

Delivery on time. A very happy experience

I had a delayed order with Genuine Style, but what really stood out was not the issue itself, it was how it was handled.

Delays can happen, especially when suppliers are involved. What matters is the response, and in this case it was excellent. Communication was clear, honest and proactive throughout. I always felt informed and never had to chase for updates.

Richard and the team took real ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to put things right, which made all the difference.

It is not often these days that you genuinely feel like a valued customer, but that was absolutely my experience here. A great example of how customer service should be.

The sunglasses were exactly as described, it was the price I was looking at paying for them. They turned up in the timescale they said they would so had no waiting around for the delivery which was brilliant. Highly recommend buying from them.

Excellent service from a UK based company. Called Genuine Style to ask a few questions regarding Smith ski helmets and goggles, lady on the phone was extremely helpful. Placed my order online and arrived next day. Helmet and goggles were well packaged and as described in mint original packaging. Offering free returns too if required. 5* service and goods.

I am really happy with the service I have received from Genuine I ordered something I really want it came quickly am I am really happy with the product I will definitely use Genuine again

Didnt know it had received my item,only to email them to find it had been delivered, sent me a picture of it underneath the builders bucket who had previously done work at the house and had left apile of rubbish for the waste removal men to take by the time I knew it had been put under the bucket it was to late the rubbish had already been taken. Emailed them again had no response.

Could not fault anything. I ordered and I received, what's not to love
