Great Experience

I found the pair of shoes I was looking for at a great price and with free shipping. I ordered two different pairs of shoes since I wasn't sure about fit and the free, EASY, return for the pair that didn't fit was awesome! Definitely going to keep Shoebacca on my radar for the next pair of shoes I'm shopping for.

The Shipment Has Sailed?

I've received packages in the past without any kind of notification. I like to be aware of package movement & expectations of delivery so I can better prepare myself for my items. Sometimes I'm buying something for an event and need to keep an eye on its movement. If I'm never notified on anything other than a receipt of sale, how can I realistically do that.
I have no quarrels with the products. They are true to fit. Improvement needs to be made about thoroughly communicating with buyers.

I got my refund and my repurchase in a timely manner. I got great deal on the shoes I purchased. I wished everyone could have the same experience and if not SHOEBACCA doesn’t everything in their power to make it right.

Shoebaca was great

Shoebaca was great. The Guide 15 however are not. No support, shoes have too much rubber flaring out on the bottom (they make me walk like a duck) and no tread so they are slippery.
