I received my order on March 10th and…

I received my order on March 10th and literally opened the box realized was not the correct sizes/shoes, immediately started a return and dropped return off same day. The package was only in my possession for a couple hours max. The return was delivered to them on March 13th and have still had no refund. I have emailed they said up to 10 business days its now past that and they've had the return over 2 weeks and still I have no refund or explanation. I need the refund on my items this is the worst customer service I've dealt with. They are also now trying to say they only received 3 of 4 items for return and after providing them video proof all items were in box when I sent them back they have yet to refund still.

As you can see there is no mention they are women's. I sent an email 3 minutes after ordering to cancel once the confirmation said they were woman size. I called Shoebacca and they said to return once they were delivered. They were delivered today and I was told by their Customer Service Manager that they cannot be returned (Final Sale).
Since then, I have checked their reviews and they have bad ratings.

Unable to cancel order immediately…

Unable to cancel order immediately after processing. I was making a company related purchase and needed to use corporate credit card. Added cc but order defaulted to card previously on file. I didn’t catch until after ordered. Immediately attempted to cancel order even though website indicated order was processing company refused to update payment method or cancel order. Spoke to customer rep who acknowledged order had not been processed but refused to cancel. I will order replacement from other vendor after returned and refunded.

Shoebacca Refused Responsibility for Lost Return…

I had a very disappointing experience with Shoebacca’s customer service.

I returned an item using the prepaid UPS return label that Shoebacca provided and dropped it off at a UPS location as instructed. Unfortunately, the package was never scanned by UPS, and the tracking never updated.

When I contacted Shoebacca for help, they refused to issue a refund because there was no tracking movement. They told me to contact UPS or file a chargeback. However, because too much time had passed, I was unable to file a UPS claim, and my chargeback was denied.

Despite the fact that I followed their return process exactly and used their provided label, Shoebacca ultimately refused to take any responsibility and offered only a 10% off coupon instead of a refund.

This experience left me feeling like the customer bears all the risk—even when using the company’s own return system. I would strongly caution others before purchasing, as returns may not be honored if anything goes wrong in transit.

STAY AS FAR AS THE EAST IS FROM THE WEST

First of all Shoebacca did NOT send what I ordered!! They sent a pair of boots that I did NOT order and what they sent was JUNK!! I sent the JUNK back to them and NOW I CANNOT get them to refund my money. I have talked with an attorney and plan to file a LAW SUIT against them and they can pay my attorney fees. If you are smart you will NEVER from these folks.

ZERO STARS!!

ZERO STARS!!! NOT ONE ,AS THEY MADE ME CHOOSE,BUT ZERO!!!!!ordered shoes dec 3rd,no updates,the shoes sat in a warehouse for 3 weeks waiting on usps,then they pass off to dhl shipping,in honduras? ,still says in transit after being absconded by dhl,asked for a refund to no avail,as they swear the shoes will be here,the dhl tracking they gave me said delivery would be dec 10,they said this on the 23rd.today is new years eve,i have demanded my money back immediately,as they do nothing but give the runaround,and i also told them if and/or when the shoes do get delivered ,i will be keeping those as well as a refund.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAILURE OF A COMPANY!!

I purchased Corral Western boots from…

I purchased Corral Western boots from Shoebacca for my wedding. I wore them on my wedding night and only one additional time, and shortly after noticed that the rhinestones were falling off. For the price, I expected much better quality.

I contacted customer service, but was told nothing could be done since it was over 30 days. Considering the boots were worn only twice, this was very disappointing. I would not expect this level of wear so quickly.

Stay away from this company

First ordered a pair of boots through Amazon from shoebecca . They replied in one day that they were canceling my order. The boots were not available. I then contacted shoebecca, who told me the boots are available because they did show stock online and in their system, however it took them more than a week and they never could assign stock to my order. The clerks had no idea what was going on. They would not refund me and I knew in my gut they did not have the boots at all. Needless to say after almost a month of waiting back-and-forth on these boots between Amazon and shoebecca (let me clarify. Amazon was not at fault at all).Shoebecca finally cancelled my order AGAIN because the boots are no longer available. Also had payment in full this whole time.Terrible customer service ,terrible system ,terrible manners, terrible business practices do not buy from them.

Worthless Company

Actually upset that I had to give them one star. Absolutly horrible company. Placed an order for boots . Three weeks go by with nothing . After several calls to “customer service” and over three weeks they still couldn’t tell me when the boots would possibly ship, with today’s online purchasing nothing should ever take more then 3 days, Run away as fast as you can from this incompetent company. Absolutely worthless. One of the worst customer services I ve ever experienced . Completely horrible. Probably going to take them a month to give my money back after failing to fulfill a simple order.

Not sure why there are all these negative comments. I got my shoes for 50% off retail. They were delivered in less than a week. Got exactly what I ordered. No issues at all.

I was buying new sneakers

I was buying new sneakers. The sizing was very ambiguous (adidas). I had to return multiple times (3 returns) before I got the right size.

All returns were processed and the service was well. i am very happy about this

They false advertised and did a bait…

They false advertised and did a bait and switch on me. I ordered shoes on sale and they sent me the wrong shoes in the wrong size of the wrong gender.

When I called it, they gave me a label for the return (a hassle) and wouldn't honor the original price.

SCAM company. Avoid.
