I am unable to use the credit on my account as my I phone does not support the latest version of their app .I was told to use the website not the app which I tried but no way to access my account as it just tell me to download the new version of the app. The chat /whats app is useless and they are claiming they have no phone number that they can be contacted through! Very odd for such a large company .I bought goods from Sézane which were not delivered as I had paid for them with a gift voucher they would only issue an other gift voucher as my refund ,I now have no way of using it .

I ordered a $600 jacket 2 weeks ago. My jacket has been stuck in Paris airport customs according to FedEx since the day it shipped out. I’ve contacted Customer Service via email and never got a response. Then used WhatsApp and was told there’s was nothing I could do. They said customs is out of their control. Fair. I asked if they could refund me and recall the jacket. They said they’d recall the jacket but couldn’t refund me until the jacket was back at their “Aetlier”. They said no guarantee though that it would ever move out of customs. Actually said “no guarantee”. So I might never get a refund and that’s what is acceptable to them. Waste of $600. Don’t shop here.

Excellent quality, UK plug adapters included (French brand!), gorgeous canvas bag as a pressie. Great packaging! I had an issue with a coat and contacted them via whatsapp. They were responsive and very helpful. I was disappointed in the brand but their outstanding customer service turned things around. I managed to get the coat replaced. I continue to be a satisfied and loyal customer all thanks to the way they handled things.

Sezane is one of my favorite brands to order from unlike Rosae which I am warning everyone about. Sezane is more affordable. The returns are easy and they send you a label for it unlike Rosae where you have to pay for your returns and to France which is about $70 very expensive. Sezane is easy to communicate with. I love, love all their cardigans and most of their clothes. Sometimes I get a bit impatient to get their packages but it is always fun when it arrives. Sezane always offers you a gift like a tote bag, it is very sweet. I recommend Sezane to all my friends.

I am sharing my experience to warn other customers about systemic issues with this brand’s delivery and refund process. As a regular customer, I am deeply disappointed.
The Address Line Trap: Be very careful when filling in your details. Their website provides two address lines, but it appears their system only prints the first one on the shipping labels. This technical flaw led to an "incomplete address" failure, even though I filled out all the fields correctly.
Poor Communication: Delivery attempts started as far back as March 26th. Despite my phone number being on the account, neither the courier nor the brand ever attempted to call me to verify the address. The order was sent back without a single proactive contact.
Refunds are NOT Automatic: My return reached their warehouse last Friday morning. However, the refund was only triggered today, and only because I reached out to them via WhatsApp. It is unacceptable for a premium brand to withhold customer funds until they are manually "reminded" to pay back.
Inadequate Compensation: After weeks of administrative burden and my money being held, I was offered a €10 credit. For a brand of this caliber, this feels dismissive rather than a genuine attempt to fix a bad experience.
Check your address formatting twice and keep a close eye on your refunds—they might not happen unless you chase them.

I’ve been shopping with Sezane for almost a year, at list i am ordering every month and my experience has been very positive. The app is user-friendly, and I trust the brand completely. I feel confident ordering because the return process is easy and refunds or store credits are handled quickly. Customer service is excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful on both WhatsApp and email.
The only improvement I would suggest is better product visibility. Sometimes I discover items on Instagram or TikTok that I couldn’t easily find on the app, and it can take time to search deeply. Making all items easier to find would really enhance the experience.
Overall, I’m very happy with the quality, service, and trust they’ve built. I would definitely recommend Seasonly.

I recently received a bag with visible marks and dust, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the item was no longer available for replacement. The only options offered were a return for a refund or store credit if I kept it.
While I appreciate the response, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced quality issues, particularly with archive sale items. I would have expected a solution that more directly acknowledges the defect rather than encouraging a future purchase.
I’ve decided to return the item, but overall this has affected my trust in the brand.
Just something to keep in mind if you’re shopping, especially during archive sales.
