I recently received a bag with visible…

I recently received a bag with visible marks and dust, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the item was no longer available for replacement. The only options offered were a return for a refund or store credit if I kept it.

While I appreciate the response, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced quality issues, particularly with archive sale items. I would have expected a solution that more directly acknowledges the defect rather than encouraging a future purchase.

I’ve decided to return the item, but overall this has affected my trust in the brand.

Just something to keep in mind if you’re shopping, especially during archive sales.

Bring back old Sézane

I have been shopping with this brand for over 11 years. Half my wardrobe is Sézane or vintage J.Crew. Something happened to Sézane after venture capital took over 3 years ago. The quality has gone downhill rapidly. The clothes are too long, too short or too tight. Very few silk skirts or dresses. The prices are going up but the quality control is lacking. Hope they realize that their loyal customers are not returning and Morgan or whoever owns it goes back to their roots.

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience!

My gift card had expired before I had the chance to use it, but the customer support team responded right away and kindly extended it for me. I truly appreciated how helpful and understanding they were.
The whole experience made me feel valued as a customer. Their clothing is also absolutely beautiful — I can’t wait to place my first order!
Definitely recommend!

atrocious returns service

They sent the wrong item and their returns communication is unhelpful and dismissive. They don’t supply customers with the necessary information to facilitate a return. No return label, no detailed information on return delivery steps. They’re the ones who sent the wrong item but I—the customer—have to chase them to fix something they did wrong? Make it make sense. Fix this, Sezane!

Disappointing Quality and Service

After one wear, two strands came loose on the Gaspard cardigan – a birthday gift. When I contacted customer service, I was told this was due to 'external factors' and then that snags are caused by 'minor snags.' No exchange, no store credit, no resolution. I always thought they made quality pieces built to last — this has made me think twice.

Exceptional customer service

I've been shopping from Sézane for a long time and would rate the brand highly in many aspects. They offer high quality products with beautiful aesthetic at an affordable price point, and they have exceptional customer service.
