SES BW initially denied that there was a business water supply to our property, notwithstanding that they had provided a business supply to the previous owners at the same property. Nice enough people but it was hard work getting them to understand some pretty simple facts.

Aslam Francis concluded my complaint…
Aslam Francis concluded my complaint very well. Unfortunately this issue which was created by SES and which started in the middle of January this year has been handled appallingly by new fewer than six other members of the staff at SES. No-one up to now, has had the confidence and professionalism to deal with this months ago or indeed to observe that the issue was based on faulty internal information.
Accordingly I look forward to receiving a compensation payment from SES for the severe stress and waste of my time that has been caused by SES

SES Business Water performance was poor, in my experience, when dealing with my case. A brief background to this, when I closed my business, I notified SES Business Water, they in turn processed this by sending me all the relevant documents required to complete the process, which I completed and returned as requested. This took place in 2025. In March 2026 I received an email from SES Business Water telling me that I needed to make payments for unpaid bills. I explained to them that I no longer operate my business from said address and all information required had already been provided regarding unpaid bills. After a few unpleasant exchanges with some of the worst customer service staff I have ever encountered , Nosibulele Nkonki took over my case, within a few weeks, she politely, professionally and promptly resolved my case and got my refund processed. Case (hopefully) finally closed.
