Very Helpful Zaakira
I spoke to Zaakira, concerning a query about Charity tariffs for our charity water. I found her incredibly helpful and although the query was a very unusual one, she knew exactly who to talk to to get things moving towards a resolution.
I hope that next time I have cause to ring SES Water that I shall find her, once again, on the other end of the phone.

I struggled to understand your employee…
I struggled to understand your employee as it appears his first lanuage may not have been English. He was however polite and seemed willing to assist. I can only hope that he understood my request and will progress my application for a water supply.
Update. After posting the review my issues were dealt with promptly and with satisfaction. Hopefully other people will find better experience following this.
