Nice clothing and very good support. Be careful that for Switzerland you have to pay income tax and to return items, you have to pay post. But if you have any problem to proceed, answers of the customers service are very good.

My experience of the customer service with Seraphine has been one of the best I have experienced ever. Smooth, caring, customer led, helpful and exactly what has made me continue to go to Seraphine. The clothes are high quality and good style for pregnancy. Very much a pregnancy led place.

I ordered a bunch of maternity undergarments and was pleased with 90% of it. I ran into some trouble with two pieces that had faulty/haphazard stitching which came apart immediately before use. I reached out to Seraphine and was a little nervous because their regular return policy is not super friendly. But because the items were defective to begin with, they sent replacements right away and I had absolutely no trouble with them.

Noor was extremely kind and helpful and resolved my shipping issue with a lot of patience and professionalism.

Elena was really helpful with my query. I was hoping for replacement trousers and unfortunately they were out of stock, but Elena processed a refund for me instead. I like the trousers and hope to be able to buy them again when they are back in stock.

I like the product, but it is too large (sized based on their chart) and I cannot get anyone to help answer a question about an exchange. The customer service is atrocious and the chat bot on the website is wholly useless. I would be happy to amend this review if someone would actually get back to me - EDIT, they did get back to me and am happy with the outcome - beautiful and good quality products, but would still like to see an update to the website chat

I went to the Leeds store on Saturday and was really sad to hear it’s closing down at the end of March in the Victoria Quarter. I was greeted by a friendly and gentle shop assistance called Amera who totally understood the complexity of wanting to feel nice and dressed up while pregnant. I ended up with four dresses and a top. The clothes were lovely and I felt like my old self. Amera found lots of clothes that were my style and brought them to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. She was an absolute star and exactly what you want from a store assistant. Kind patient friendly warm. I hope that she is snapped up when the shop closes as she would be an asset to anyone. It’s sad the store is closing as I could not find a single other store I could buy maternity clothes without ordering online.

I got one of those pink jackets you can hold baby in.
Honestly the quality is so poor!! already falling apart only worn twice.
Clearly cheap material just not cheap on their prices.

I purchased a dress that was on final sale but given that it was still on the more expensive side, I was hoping that I would be able to return it if it didn’t fit. Rebeca was super helpful and offered a store credit gift card option if it needed to be returned. I returned the dress and the whole process went really smoothly thanks to Rebeca’s help and responsiveness.

After an issue with the Zip of a dress, I was sent a replacement but unfortunately with the same issue in the Zip. Sabina, helped me navigate these issues and proceed with a full reimbursement

Very disappointed with Seraphine. I really like the products, they have great designs and quality, everywhere I go I get compliments for the clothes I got from this store, that is why I keep buying here. However, the last return I did is being rough. The customer service told me that I would get a gift certificate so I could reorder a final sale item in a different size, but I'm still waiting for it. It has been a week.

Great quality items. I ordered the Zorah maternity coat and I wear it all the time. I unfortunately had lost the insert panel and the bottom drawstring broke shortly after using the coat but customer service with Goldie was great and they sent me a replacement coat.

Excellent customer service. A pair of leggings developed a hole after a few months. I emailed customer services with a picture and they were very apologetic and immediately sent a replacement. Will definitely be using again.

My package never arrived (shipping issues, not Seraphine) and they expedite shipped a new one to me promptly. Great customer service and I love my new leggings. :)

Great clothes, and their customer service representative Khadijah was very thorough and quick replying when I needed to return some items I received as a gift. Love my Seraphine items!

My Valeta Jacket got a rip in the armpit, which was pretty unfortunate, since I wore it since only 3 months. Nevertheless, Rebeca (703896) from the customer service was great by being directly helpful, responsive and polite. A new jacket was sent to my as a replacement . Therefore 4/5 stars to Seraphine for your straight forward customer service and not long bureaucracy exchange policies!! Looking forward for your spring/summer jackets!
