Your assistant, Ally, was extremely helpful giving us time and space to look around but always aware of where we were, she was friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had, which she answered with confidence, showing a great deal of knowledge.
Before we left she gave us a quote for what we could have and what we should have, we were fairly sure the suite was for us but decided to look around, the difference between stores was like chalk & cheese. The following day we called in to see Ally, she was great, putting us at ease, and finalising the paperwork. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to my friends.
Now looking forward to getting our new suite before or just after Christmas.

After visiting DFS and having a bad experience, we were instantly greated by Mia from NorthamptonRiverside, I had previously meet Mia a couple of months prior and on our recent visit she was polite, helpful and very informative, established what our requirements were and tooks us straight to a few sofas.

Really friendly staff in the shop when initially buying the sofa. Didn’t feel pressured as soon as I walked in. Was left to browse and staff were instantly on hand and knowledgeable.
Delivery was easy and we were very impressed with the time scales and the notifications of said timescales. As full time working people in this house, the email providing us with delivery was perfect as we could narrow down the time easily and fit this around the working day

Considering we have dealt with SCS before and weren’t that impressed since the rebrand the staff couldn’t do anymore for us, came away really happy with the choice we made and now hope the furniture stacks up as good.

I entered SCS a year ago , to look at sofas . At that time I wasn’t able to buy ,but the service was very helpful. I did decide I liked a sofa but wanted to save . A year later I came back talked to the same staff person as before, the level of service was excellent and I’m happy to say I ordered my sofa . I can’t comment on the delivery as of yet

Amy was very friendly and helpful. She took time to understand our wants and needs to help us find and purchase the perfect sofa for the space we have. The whole process was easy and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed.

Delivery time was quite long but we were made aware of that on order.
Delivery date was confirmed, 6 days later it was cancelled. 3 days later it was confirmed again. Information to find reasons was very unsatisfactory. These changes of date made removal of old suite difficult.
Actual delivery was good with good communication,
Unfortunately the sofa wasn’t properly assembled by the delivery team but we managed to sort that out ourselves.

From choosing our sofa and chair to careful delivery it was a pleasant experience. Love our new furniture.
