A mixed bag!
Good choice of furniture, good choice of colours and fabrics. Helpful store staff.
Delivery time was quite long but we were made aware of that on order.
Delivery date was confirmed, 6 days later it was cancelled. 3 days later it was confirmed again. Information to find reasons was very unsatisfactory. These changes of date made removal of old suite difficult.
Actual delivery was good with good communication,
Unfortunately the sofa wasn’t properly assembled by the delivery team but we managed to sort that out ourselves.

Scratched on delivery
Ordered 2 leather recliners which were very expensive, arrived yesterday and one has a scratch on it which it arrived with, so i am leaving 1 star for now, i will update my review depending on how well they handle sorting the issue and what they offer to resolve it.

Mia greeted us straight away at riverside Northampton store. She was very inviting with a gentle and friendly approach. She asked the right questions showing us sofas but allowed us room to move as we pleased with no pressure. Mia gave us all the relevant information at the right times in conversations and without being pushy or over bearing. We came in on the last day of the sale and was made aware of the price increase and the charge of the sofa delivery had we have not chosen to buy that day. Great sales assistant.
