Having purchased at a substantial amount of money, it is outrageous that a swatch cannot be offered.
Substantial lead time on delivery with Management using a ridiculous excuse it will save a new suite of spillage.
No one wants their house to be nice and refreshed for family occasions especially after paying further for protection.

There was a wide range of sofas to choose from including new designs I had no idea existed, one of which I have chosen so am looking forward to receiving my order in the new year.

From the moment entering the store the staff were very welcoming. We visited several times before purchasing. The order process was explained in detail. Was kept up to date with delivery expectations and notified when ready for installation. Delivery was on time and very professional as well as friendly. Very impressed with the whole service. Special thank you to gentlemen that took our order as he couldn't of been more helpful.

ordering on line was easy,even the delivery was on time,all the packaging was taken away,delivery people were very polite and just got with there job.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but they were pushed for time, having arrived 2 hours late,so delivery, unpacking and setting up was rather hurried.
The armchair was damaged. It appeared the wooden frame underneath was broken or dislocated as the chair rocked. Delivery staff noted and reported problem. Prompt response from Poltron but a 2 week delay before technician could attend to inspect and determine way forward.

Pleasant visit again to the store. Staff are polite and don't pester you, but are there if you have any questions. Purchased our 2nd sofa here this year and was served by Enrique on both occasions, very polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service

I have only been to the show room to make my choice and can only rate that experience.

The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. My wife is disabled and we need to choose Sofas and Armchairs very carefully as she has pressure point issues on her legs. Waliur was very helpful and went the extra mile to move things round so that my Wife could try different seats out. Due to his efforts we found a Sofa and Armchairs that suited our needs including a rise and lift Armchair that exceeded our expectations!
The Northampton store was very well laid out and Sharon also helped make our choice. The added bonus of a lift made the visit easier for a disabled person.
We look forward to the delivery of our purchases and really enjoyed our visit to the Store.
