Very patient, polite and understanding. This is mainly due to staff on phone who were very good explaining things to me.

Very helpful although I initially suspected it was a scam call because I receive so many. May be worthwhile giving customers advance warning "heads up" by text or email first.

I work as a service manager for supported living. Recently one of the people I support has been approached in a field in Swindon. This individual lives with a learning disability and was stopped for 2 hours. They proceeded to change her over to Scottish Power, used her bank card and phone to make payments and calls. After this had happened they continued to use her bank card as they had added it to their Apple Pay.
The person I support was on OVO and now cannot get back there as Scottish Power are being unhelpful and not allowing this.
It’s disgusting how they have these employees targeting vulnerable adults in the community to get more customers. Shameful company. AVOID!!!
agent had excellent listening skill, she took time to understand the facts of the situation ,

Mohamed was a fantastic advisor at Scottish Power. He sorted everything for me and, most importantly, called me back exactly when he promised to check everything was resolved. Great communication and really helpful. Thank you Mohamed!

My monthly payment had gone out twice due to me paying by my card not thinking the DD would still come out , so having the amount of £214.68 come out twice stressed me. The chap I spoke to was very helpful and refunded the card payment phew! So hoping it doesn’t take the full 5 days.

App is not recording usage so I have been monitoring meter readings myself. I complained to Scottish Power and suddenly month usage data appeared. The problem is, it is completely made up. I have actual figures and the data published by SP is wrong. For example, the property was empty for 3 days, I recorded zero usage, SP recorded high usage. You cannot believe the usage data SP report. Fortunately bills use meter readings and they are correct.
Since have been with Scottish Power they appear to be very fair with our account in a situation to which we the general public have no control or say over the situation of energy and it's provider's.
