Advisor ( Becky)was most helpful and fully listened to my concerns. For the first time after numerous phone calls, l was instructed how to read my meters as my smart meter is unable to do so!
This has been an issue since May 2025!
I have been assured once again that an Engineer will be in touch, when available to make an appointment to fix my smart meter!!!!!!!!

I’ve been a client for the past 2 years and half and never had issues with communication. ScottishPower always responded to my enquiries. Easy to contact. I am leaving them because I moved home and wanted to try a new supplier. My closing account was easy and I’m happy that they always transparent and showed my account balances. Happens for me to have a credit which I will receive soon. Otherwise I will review this again.
