A disappointing experience.
The items we ordered were nowhere near similar in size to other retailers and were far too small. Additionally the quality of the finish was not good, the seam of the trousers we bought was really bulky and poorly constructed. When we returned the items, we had to pay for postage as the company did not provide a returns label or QR code. All in all it was a very disappointing experience.

Sizing can vary between manufacturers, which is why we provide measurements on our product pages, but we appreciate how frustrating it is when an item fits very differently from what you expected. We’re also concerned to hear about the bulky seam and poor finish.
Customers normally cover return postage when an item is the wrong size or unsuitable. However, if an item appears faulty, we ask customers to contact us so we can assess it, and we would not leave them out of pocket for reasonable return postage where a fault is confirmed.

8-9 years not enough material from gusset to waistband so if bent over showed his bum 9-10 years went way past his waist (nearly to his nipples) good quality though

Disappointment
I've ordered school uniforms etc as an express delivery that failed to be deliver. My parcel went missing, company confirmed parcel being delivered elsewhere, but couldn't figure out where exactly, I've been advised to walk around and ask (all I've had was a delivery pic of a bottom of the door, so could be literally any door).
Once you pay, they quite frankly don't care whether it's you or someone else who receives your goods. Absolutely shocking to be targeting parents of young kids.

Having checked the delivery, Royal Mail left the parcel with a neighbour and provided a photograph of the door. We suggested checking nearby because the image indicated where it had been left, not because we expected you to search without any guidance. A member of our team also visited the flats and knocked at both your address and the neighbour’s door, but unfortunately nobody answered at the time.
We’re genuinely sorry this experience left you feeling that we did not care. We did investigate the delivery and made an in-person attempt to help locate your parcel.

Fast delivery and perfect fit! After ordering several pairs of trousers from other retailers and non of them fitting quite right, I came across School Wear United.
