Disappointed

This website has some absolute gems on it however when something goes wrong it’s a nightmare.

I ordered an aftershave on 16th December. It never arrived so spoke to someone over email who said she would send a replacement. Order SO9344S

That was about 2 weeks ago and the replacement never arrived. I have messaged multiple times and am asked to repeat information constantly. I have been told to wait ten days from the original shipment now (already passed).( for info I’m writing this review on the 11th January)

I’ve ordered a few fragrances from here and have recommended it to a lot of other people also. Sadly I will not be using them again. Very disappointed- your service is really letting you down

I ordered the 60ml dior sauvage mens perfum it arrived in a few days . The Box the perfume came in still had the cellophane seal still on . Slight dent in box . Very happy with my purchase . Will deff be ordering from you again in the near future . Amazing value for Money.

I had never seen this website before but I thought I would take a chance, well it has to be the best company I have ordered from this christmas. Excellent product smells lovely, black opium, and delivery was so fast! I will now recommend to everyone!

I paid £7.99 for next day delivery, but didn’t receive my item until days after. I have just received my parcel and there’s 2 fragrances missing which were Christmas presents. I have sent emails but have had no response and there’s no other way to make contact with this company. One of the missing fragrances are on the order form the other one is not on it. I was charged for both and have not received them. This is so frustrating as it’s Christmas in 2 days time.

Exactly as described, however I couldn't see any damage to the packaging. So as itcost me half the price it would have been and was delivered as stated, I am very pleased with my purchase and will definately be ordering again

I ordered a couple of scents to slip in as stocking fillers. Understanding the boxes might be damaged I had armed myself with little chiffon gift bags to use instead. I was delighted to find that the boxes were perfect complete with cellophane. Such a bargain. Thanks again for your excellent service.

I have not received my order( ORDER SO9038S) placed on 6th of December.
I have been emailing your customer service as well, but nothing has been resolved yet!?
There is no phone number to contact, just the email address ,and when I click on the link given it says page not found !?
I really don't know if this website is a scam or not ! It's the first time I'm ordering from them and I really do hope that I would receive my order in time before Xmas or get a full refund . Very poor customer service !
