I ordered an e sim but the QR code didn’t work they then sent me a sim and I was able to convert to an e sim. Best value for data sim good network coverage. I would definitely recommend scancom.

I ordered a data sim and it simply did not work so started using the contact details to ask for assistance, almost 2 months later I am no further on as they use a BOT named Clifton. After quite a few really silly replies I asked if I could be referred to a human support person and someone came back to me claiming to be human so I tested it and asked it for the price of fish compared to a Sim card and it (the human) wrote an essay comparison. I would avoid this company as the support sucks and they are using trained bots to tell lies without any access to real support. It cannot be right that the support bot tells bare faced lies. I have written a report to OfCom and will be making a complaint about the trained liars. Do yourself a favour and find a real supplier that has some decency and standards
100% spot-on product from Scancom.
Bought the 1000GB SIM card, straight into a router, off we went. Delivered the very next day.
Small issue of my own making. They replied back the very next day, and it was sorted.
Can't ask for anything else. Product 100%, service 100%.
I've recommended to a number of people who have gone back and purchased the same item.

I got a great deal on 25gb data every month for 23 months, now using 2 x sim cards in 4g solar cameras, monitoring wildlife. Let's look forward to a long term relationship. I will highly recommend and certainly be back for more. Thank you

Ordered two business SIM cards, none of them worked. Waited for a few days for activation etc.
Called Three who informed me those SIM cards were not supposed to be resold and had been disabled.

They sent the SIM using DPD which arrived promptly the next day. The help desk was very responsive when I had questions while I was getting the SIM activated. Great service.

Bought a couple of SIMs from Scancom. Really good value, fast and reliable. I had to use their technical support to diagnose an issue with my laptop and they resolved it right away. I highly recommend them.

I am on my third Scancom EE Unlimited Data Sim Card and previous experiences have been good. However following a rec ent service outage I am no longer able to connect to Facebook, neither is anyone else who uses my EE 4G router. I have tried a new router but still cannot connect. I have used a Vodaphone sim card in my router and can connect to Facebook so I believe the router is OK and the problem is at EE's end. I cannot contact EE direct as I do not have a contract with them. I have reached out to Scancom via Email, they acknowledge the query then do nothing.
Their customer service is hopeless. If only you could speak with someone!
