It’s a scary and embarrassing time to admit that you need financial help because it has gotten out of control but everyone on this team has made me feel confident and happy that I made that decision. Regina Pinto was pragmatic, empathetic and considerate toward me during my proposal process. Everything was very well covered and I was left without many probing questions when I was asked. I often found myself at a surprisingly low level of stress throughout the matter. A little bit of extra care for what the client may be experiencing goes a long way.
