They helped to be able to pay off debts I thought I would be paying until the day I died(which is bad considering I’m only 30) within 5 years at a rate that I can afford! All the staff I talked with were super friendly, understanding, supportive and I never felt judged or embarrassed at all about my debts. They made sure I had all the information I needed answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable as a generally shy person. Thank you Sands and Associates.

Sands and Assiciates made me feel welcome and supported when I brought my debt to them for help.
During my debt counseling sessions that I had with Sim Pannu, she made me feel proud of the progress I have made spoke about diffrent options avaialble to consider in my future for building credit and was very supportive.

Initially, they did not provide assistance, instead requesting additional information for processing in 2023 .In January 2026, I received an email stating the outstanding balance. Upon calling back in June 2026, I was disappointed to find that the numbers remained unchanged after five months. I expect them to honour their email statement. Unfortunately, no resolution has been made regarding this matter.
