Sandra Davidson (Seven Kings) have a fantastic team who are devoted to delivering an excellent service.
Their experience and knowledge of the property market in the local area shines through.
From start to finish with selling our property they have been patient and courteous and we always felt they were acting in our best interests and gave us appropriate advice.
Zaid and Riz were excellent negotiators and Lesley was absolutely brilliant with her knowledge and experience of the sales process and follow up procedures.
We have no hesitation in recommending Sandra Davidson Estate Agents.

Very rude, mislead buyers, will solicit counter offers when having accepted your offer and have no qualms about buyers getting gazumped due to their greed, cost me thousands in lost fees, avoid like the plague as they deliberately over price properties.

I really recommend, respond on time and correct

We’ve been with Sandra Davidson for 6 years now, they were helpful through everything, we had a few issues but that’s mainly because of the landlord she did give us a bit of hard time, other than that agency was quick with any enquiry and getting it sorted too. Special thank you to Hamza 😄.

I found member of staff at SD - Mr Hamza Safdar very professional who knows his job very well and deals all parties / landlords & tenants even-handedly and fairly. He is exceptionally customer-friendly, politely and helpful. I wish every organisation should have advisors / consultants like Hamza.
