Wil was an utter professional to deal with. He really helped me feel at easy straight away. I had an online consultation with him as I am currently on the other side of the world. A true trichology professional
I recently commissioned Wil from Root Cause to speak at a group event for women.
His knowledge around the science of hair loss and the impact of hair loss on wellbeing was exemplary. More than that, Wil has a genuine ability to empathise and offer practical, constructive advice without bamboozling you with clinical talk.
