Easy to use app, detailed pick-up and drop-off information and instructions.

No doubt it is hard to provide this service economically. But the pay for roadie is very low. If I'm offered a job to go out 20 miles and the offer is for $18 I'm driving 40 miles for $18. Gasoline is $4.80 a gallon in Oregon I can't make any money that way.

I love this platform !!

Dislikes: I can never contact the customer with the number listed if I need to confirm their location. There is always a message stating the customer is not receiving calls. The pay should be higher when delivering heavy tools and boxes. App does not automatically update, have to manually refresh.
Likes: Flexibility of the gigs and the certifications that can be obtained. Overall it's a decent company to work for.

Twice I received a order at a particular store waited over 30 mins both times just for the order to be cancelled and I was only compensated 4 dollars another issue is you can not see wat the customer order to better assist myself and the store for when things like trying to find the order they know what’s in the order, all it shows is the detentions of the product also auto match only matches me with orders that miles away I never get a auto match for a reasonable distance out of 20 offers and I’m right in the area I’ll only receive 2 or three

I believe the gigs should earn more money. I have been with you all for a while and the pay has not increased.

I like the fact that I can chose when and where I would like to work.

I love the freedom of working when I choose. However, the rates offered for some of the gigs is a slap in the driver’s face.

We are responsible for fuel, vehicle care, and insurance. On average that cost us $0.68 per operational mile when fuel is under $3.00 a gallon. Currently the cost of fuel is $4.19 a gallon or higher for cheap 87 octane.

Most gigs (I just checked) in Wichita, Ks are paying under $0.50 per mile. This leaves the drivers paying to work. Drivers that are accepting these rates only look at the hourly rate and don’t understand their actual cost. They end up driving until tax time and figure THEN out how much they lost over the time they delivered.

Gig work is still transportation work. Rates need to reflect this. It should be a minimum of $1.00 per mile plus $1.00 per delivery for anything under 25 pounds and a $1.50 to 50 pounds.

Any delivery over 50 pound items (maximum of four items) should have an automatic $10 weight fee. Anything over 100 pounds should automatically have a $25 weight fee. This fee is on top of delivery fee and mileage.

I’ve been in transportation since I was 18. I’m now 57. These rates are not a pipe dream. They are standard in the industry when it is treated as a transportation job.

If Roadie doesn’t want to pay transportation rates, then pay hourly. Minimum for a delivery driver is $35 an hour when they provide their own vehicle.

The app is easy to use and a great way to make money.

I used to use this app on a regular basis, but the pay has really dropped off. I did a delivery five days ago. It still shows up that it’s not complete. I’ve reached out to support a dozen times. No response. No answers still shows that I’m active on that delivery. The support is absolutely horrible.

Its great that I have the opportunity to make money with the use of my pick up truck as a retired person. The technology seems to change a lot and sometimes not for the best, but it still works really well intown. Not so much in rurial areas like Elijay and Blue Ridge areas. But thats most phones plans don't work great their either. I think your new maps work better than waze and others. I think the pay seems to be getting worse and more stops are added. With fuel beeing what it is, hard to pick up your trips sometimes. I would do more loads if it was worth it. $1 a mile. I said all that to say I still think it's better than most other delivery apps! Keep up the great work.

The way the app is set up helped alot

This is a wonderful app for people to start their own business or side hustle. It does seems like the app has gotten a little saturated as gig prices have dropped additionally the customer service is below par an at times feel very unsupportive to the drivers that are seeking help. Still with that being said still a good app to use.

I really like rodie Cross Dock. It's a way to make some decent money with a root to follow.

The app is great, what I do not like is that the werehouse is a mess, I have always ended up receiving less money because I receive fewer packages than the original offer, the waiting time in the werehouse can vary from 45 min to more than an hour, I have had to wait more than an hour and a half for an order. Sometimes you can't organize yourself well because it takes about 15 min to reject or approve an offer.

Absolutely fantastic

Mostly reception issues, but low pay rate. Why reset a loads price with a new day? If no one took it yesterday, why do you think someone will take it the next day for a lower price then yesterday's close?

For the second time in as many weeks I've needed help through the app support only to never receive any type of response. It says someone will be with me in less than five minutes and I'll wait for hours and never receive a response at all. There used to be a number you could call instead of in app support now your just stuck. Being that I was unable to get help I had merchandise that needed to be delivered in my vehicle that I couldn't deliver because the app wouldn't let me finish the pickup. I couldn't even return the merchandise because the store was closed by the time I got tired of waiting after two hours. Luckily the app finally let me finish the pickup after randomly trying again 4 hours later. Really hurt my ability to make any money for that day and is a major turnoff to wanting to use this platform.

I wish I could take more than 1 order as long as they are both in a certain area or along the same travel directions. I find i cannot do it unless its already grouped together.
