Whenever we need support group no one…
Whenever we need support group no one is available it tooks so many times to solve the problem communication is vital between the support group and the driver right away. Second the payment is low the distance or the mileage to pick up and deliver is high mileage but the payment is less.the payment should be $1:00 per mile for each delivery. Driver is the backbone of the company they should be treated fairly.

This company has made me so so happy
This company has made me so so happy. It not only gives me extra money on the side but people are being connected with much needed groceries dog food and supplies at all times. I am impressed with how there is always a gig available when I'm feeling the urge to do one; that shows the popularity of its service right there. But as a driver it's so innovative and discerns where and when I want to go home because the last stop is almost as close to home as I could wish for. It's really quite something. Everything about roadie has been good by far but just going back in forth to the warehouse for multiple gigs is the only problem.. I think it would be better to be able to do a multiple gigs at once, so instead of 50 to 60 stops just make it 100 to 120 in just combin the pay

you should be able to really check whats beign delivered, like home depot, walmart, best buy, especially home depost they mark 1 item to be delivered and they put 6 more for instance i have an order of 1 item and when i got there it was 7 bags of mulch when it clearly said 1 item i dont think thats fair not get paid more for the additional labor involde on taking the 7 additional bags. and as getting in touch with you thorough the app its alway frustoating and never a fast responce when you need it.
