I love Roadie

Love Roadie a lot this is my principal job because I have children’s and I can’t not work full time on a store or fabric. And this job is more flexible for me. The only thing I don’t like is that when I choose my offer I have to wait like 15 or more minutes for the offer be accepted for me and that’s the worst part of this because is time that your lose because you don’t know if the offer is going to be yours or not. I apreciated if roadie fix this for more better experience. Thank you

It's great they give you a lots of orders and you can make good money

Everything bad is in some of the people who are behind the monitors, they have no ethics, common sense. I have been with ROADIE for APPROXIMATELY 1 year, and there is no complaint about me (As far as I know) I have several certifications with Roadie (Almost all) including my pickup truck With capacity over 2650lbs, plus my utility trailer. But some clowns who were behind the monitors apparently do not do their job, in the last 2-3 weeks, and struggled a lot to get several GIGS at the same time and in the same location. They deny them to me and someone else gets them, but after 10-15 minutes, they are still available.

The same thing happens when I want to get a GIG in a location that is close to where I am and lasts up to more than 60 minutes waiting for the answer.(I have pics)

My question is, are you guys have any daily limits for GIGS or Money for each driver.??
Any supervision around these guys.??

I love be ROADIE DRIVER, but issues like this, probably We will try to find another solution to continue getting our money daily.
I hope someone reads my review and does something with this BIG PROBLEM.

the app is always glitching, It has the wrong pin point sometimes, and I cant mark my self arrived, I'm unable to mark the delivery completed, without the button not even clicking, or buffing, or sometimes I have to drive up the road, and then mark complete.

So many issues to mention…customer service can only be contacted by messaging and then don’t always answer. When they do answer, you could get a different answer to your question based on talking to different agents. They are also not tracking lateness when their GPS system is not always accurate for determination of delivery time it should take and we are primarily delivering orders from Home Depot, Lowe’s and pharmacies. There is no food or grocery deliveries through this app. App updates can occur while out doing deliveries and this will mess you up! Uploads you have completed will be deleted and getting in touch with a customer service agent is non-existent. Lately, they have their internal gig selection algorithm and you can’t get assigned first come cost serve like so many other delivery apps.

Takes to long to get accepted for a gig! Most times I can fit an item tells me I can’t when I fact it fits with plenty of room !!! Some gigs don’t pay very well !!

What made my experience great is being able to navigate the routes
with accuracy when delivering quality and necessary products. The customers demonstrate with good character their satisfaction with the service.
I believe the company is doing well by sending over customers their medication that is extremely important,
customers also can partake and share with others and say out loud that their local CVS pharmacy Cares.
I wouldn’t change anything except allowing electric scooters and bikes to participate with delivering.

for being a very helpful and supportive

what is this company doing well

Hello I like the app but there are a few things that are very frustrating. One thing is it takes so long to accepting gigs especially when you're in the area. Two is the pay is very low when gas is extremely high some jobs doesn't make sense to burn gas and drive so far for that little pay also I've noticing glitches in the route sometimes it takes me to a different location other than where I'm supposed to go.

Roadie offers a great Service in concept that matches people under their vehicles to shipping opportunities. However, there is a lack of expediency when it comes to Support during four and after cleaning gigs. Review your vehicle size and partner with Support to make sure it’s categorized in the correct way.

There’s no way to view your personal metrics. Other than the job count. Can completion stats like the on time, acceptance rate, etc are not available anymore. DO NOT be surprised if you were sitting out front of the Home Depot. Beating on a job for an Adam. That easily fits in your cargo Van and you do not have you been accepted. The money, making aspect of it happens, the algorithm, and that information will not be shared with you.
With that being said, it has helped Metro Misty, in providing extra income, as I established my personal business

The delivery routes are now more deliveries for less pay as well as time and distance, also vague about how many deliveries there are in a gig, it used to tell us how many there were, now it just says "deliveries". I am now unable to offer on many deliveries that will fit in my vehicle even though the system says that it will not fit in my vehicle. I have a trailer I can deliver anything that doesn't have sensitive components inside of it. But now with the new system it just says you can't deliver it because it won't fit. That is unfair

As a driver I can not get support staff on the phone ever. I waited over 1 hr 20 minutes on the chat bit service app with no response. It's a poorly managed app and company. I have worked for them over a year. I work for several delivery services with 95-99% rating, so I'm informed and not bias. Roadie needs to do a better job at service for the drivers.

I am really enjoying the auto match feature for gigs! One suggestion would be a little bit more detail in the auto match notification. Detail I am requesting is from what city of item pick up to what city of delivery should also be included.

The app just keeps getting better! Good job Roadie designers!

Everything was perfect in the app. I've been working for roadie for years. But for a fault they blocked my reserved blocks. I've always done everything right. They should give points or opportunities before blocking the account. I had to pick up my emergency son and my block was over, I had already worked 8 hours and I had 14 stops left, there were two vin and they were very far apart. I returned the 14 children and support put them back on me. I was given too many packages for a block of $128 and 7 hours, I delivered 60 packages in 8 hours and the others were far away.

At first the app had lots of issues but it has improved so much. I love that now it tells me if items are a good fit for my auto, that saves time and stress of guessing if items would fit properly or I’ll end up canceling once I see the item.

Routes sent through the congestion pricing zone in Manhatan, NY should be reimbursed, or paid $10.00 higher.
