Great Honest service about pricing and fast delivery
I purchased some Bowers and Wilkins headphones form Richer Sounds from their website. The delivery was very quick and the headphones themselves are great. The cost on their website and other providers changed a few weeks later and after an email they immediately refunded the difference just as their website suggested and with no fuss at all, just another quick email and it was done.

Definitely 5 star service when it comes to making sure the customers get their order at the shortest possible time and from the time of the order to the point of delivery, the customer is kept informed all the way and their product knowledge, pricing and the customer care throughout clearly sets them apart in a saturated market selling audiophile products. Marantz Cinema 60. Awesome!
Although I had problems with a Sony AN-1000 surround sound amp, the guys at Richard sounds were able to try and repair it but when they were not wasn't successful. I upgraded Marantz Cinema 60.

I was unhappy that there was no help setting up the tv my son came over and did it for us but the picture is terrible and very dark we’ve tried to correct it but to no avail
We would be very grateful if someone could pay us a visit to correct the problem
