Brilliant Customer Service - TV arrived damaged and was replaced within a few days. Courier company picked up damaged device and swapped it with a new device.

I paid for next day delivery for a reason. I appreciate this was probably the fault of the courier but item didn't arrive for over 48 hours.

Thank you for your feedback, although I'm really sorry that your order did not arrive on the day you had paid for it to.
You’re right that the delay was caused by our delivery partner, DPD, for an unspecified reason. We will urgently investigate with them as to why this happened of course, and explain clearly that we don’t expect this type of hassle for our customers.
In the meantime, I will arrange for our team to contact you to arrange both a refund of the delivery charge and make sure the matter is completely resolved.
Hopefully you can see from the 98% of positive reviews on Trustpilot that experiences such as this are rare, although I'm sorry we let you down on this occasion.

I have purchased 2 items from Richer sounds. Their service and customer support is excellent. They use a very good delivery service. Everything was as they said it would be. I called them to ask advice on a Soundbar, the advice was incredibly efficient, informative and correct. The prices of both items I bought were cheapest on the market.

Hisense 40"QLED TV
Ordering process was simple, but disappointed with the DPD Driver who was rude and drove away without informing us why our package was not delivered as we had paid additional fees for Saturday delivery.
Spoke with Ashley at Customer support who was very helpful and agreed to refund us the cost and arranged for the TV to be delivered on Monday.
The package arrived on time on Monday and the DPD driver was very polite and helpful and he apologised for the other driver.
Sadly the TV when opened was damaged screen and had to return it back to Richer SOunds.

Everything good apart from delivery you had a week to deliver so i payed extra for a saturday delivery but wasnt expecting it to be deliverd so late in the day i no it might not be your fault but if your paying for a saturday it would have been nice for it to come at least before 12pm ,maybe you could make that possible for people who pay extra ,
