Richer Sounds - Leeds Reviews 

Spoke to Harry at the Leeds store on Friday. Very friendly and helpful. I was ordering a new Sony TV for a friend. The process was quick and easy and delivery was arranged for the beginning of the week. I received an email confirmation of the order once the process was complete. TV was delivered on Monday and communication up to the point of delivery was excellent. I've been using Richer Sounds for many years and I have always recommended them to others. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the service is first class. The prices are always good and invariably the products come with a 6 year guarantee. A definite 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

I had a problem with a stylus purchase. The team at Leeds gave me great information to try and solve the problem. After much trying we agreed on a different stylus. They were excellent in exchanging the stylus and upgrading to a new AT 95 VML which I can say is working fantastic.
The team are always great and listen and make you feel valued.

LG 55inch latest model arrived before we expected it really as it was on pre order. Best price from any outlet, £70 less actually with a 6 year warranty & not 5 as many others offer.

Unfortunately when we switched in the tv there was a crack in the screen. Rang Richer Sounds & explained. Upon further inspection of the box there was slight crush damage to top left hand of box which matched where crack was. Sent a couple of photos & explained after speaking to the Leeds Store and an appointment was immediately made to deliver a new replacement and collect the damaged one on the 2 days later.

All went well, new tv is an excellent picture & easy to set up sound preferences.

Staff are really helpful as always. I've bought loads from them over the years. Unfortunately I'm a bit disappointed with the Pure Classic H6 but that is nothing to do with Richer Sounds.

The whole experience from walking in the shop to buying is superb. I wouldn't buy a TV or hi fi from anywhere else. I have bought many things from Richer Sounds over the years. They speak the same language and if you don't understand the jargon and complex world of OLED/QLED they will clearly explain things. Help with listening to the whole package and time spent on the customer experience is outstanding. They are not pushy and prices are great. Thanks Harry and all the team at Leeds. As well as Phil for fitting my last system.

A much needed and appreciated return to form where the staff at the Leeds store who took my order have made big strides in restoring my faith in the company where next year sees my 40th anniversary of my first purchase.

Regrettably my decision not to buy another TV from Richer Sounds following my experience of late last year is beyond repair (no pun intended)!
