Cancelled my panasonic bluray player to grab a svs pb 1000 pro instead ( found i cud buy rhe attachment for the ps5 digital sp didnt need it ) absolutely no hassle what so ever... Chris sorted it out without any issues n the sub arrived today... 10/10 for performance 10/10 for speed of delivery ( ordered on sunday with a bank holiday on the Monday n it arrived early Tuesday. Cant fault em at all

Went to shop - spoke to Craig at Chester who was helpful and knowledgeable. Listened to my criteria for a tv and we sorted one swiftly. Not pushy just genuinely helpful which was great. Great service from Richer Sounds. Love my new turntable with desktop speakers and amplifier. Very reasonably priced for a decent quality bit of kit. Delivery was quick aswell, with no problems. I was kept upto date right from the beginning. Will definitely be ordering from them online again when the time comes.
