Ewan went the extra mile in helping sort out the wiring for my speakers and even put the fittings on, very nice guy and as usual your staff are always friendly, approachable and available.
I really love visiting and if I could buy more stuff I would but when I do need electrical items, yours will be where I visit.

Good experience at Richer Sounds
Very pleased with all the help l received from Adam to get the TV suitable for myself.
The delivery was very smooth.
Also l was told about a man from Rossett who has setup my TV brilliantly today.

Excellent Process
Excellent process from buying online to delivery. Quick easy and well delivered by Tracy and Paul. Richer sounds were the cheapest and also provide a 6 year warranty. This isn’t out first purchase and definitely won’t be our last

Yamaha R-N600A Stereo Receiver.
I was very impressed with the great service, that I had from Craig from Richer Sounds, he was excellent, and a real gem, he explained all I needed to know, and also, I was very pleased with the delivery, I would definitely recommend Craig from Richer Sounds Chester, I will definitely be going again, I also love my Yamaha R-N600A Reciever, the best thing ever I have had, brilliant sound and is fantastic, I hope Richer Sounds keep up for ever, and never closes, keep up the good work Craig.

Nice to walk into a shop and talk with staff who know their subject. Bought a cd deck in the afternoon that wasn't in stock - it was delivered to my home the following morning. Great service..!
