Service and high fee using Debit Card
The long time to the recipient to receive the money when you pay using the bank account only because is more affordable the service fee but you guys take the money from the account an a day but you release the money after 4 days. But you want to charge additional extra $4 to the debit card of the same bank account. That is very outrageous to charge almost doble to use that.

Avoid RIA at all costs, especially if you're sending money urgently. I made a CASH deposit at a RIA agent in Malaysia last Friday for a transfer to my own account in a UAE bank. The counter staff assured me it would be credited by that evening, or worst case, the first half of the next day. Their own online tracking confirmed the same — expected credit date of 10th July, the very same day I deposited.
That was six days ago. The money still has not arrived.
After 3 days of silence, I emailed to raise the issue. All I got back was a generic auto-response saying my "issue has been raised to the concerned team" with a reference number (#25000092) and a promise that "they will get back to me." Nobody did. I have sent multiple follow-up emails since — zero response, not even an acknowledgment.
In the meantime, I've been going back to the same agent counter every single day for the past 3 days, and I get the exact same scripted line every time: "you will receive today, you will receive today." Six days later, still nothing.
This is not a delay, this is a complete breakdown of accountability. I trusted RIA with a CASH deposit — my hard-earned money — based on a same-day promise, and now I have zero visibility, zero communication, and zero resolution. Because of this delay, I've missed a time-sensitive payment on my end and am now facing financial penalties directly caused by RIA's failure to deliver on their own stated timeline.
If you need your money to arrive when they say it will, do NOT use RIA. Zero transparency, zero customer support, and a company that lets a reference number substitute for actually solving the problem. Never using them again, and warning everyone else to steer clear.
