Was looking around for a new TV. After doing some research pick the Samsung s90f 55. Found a good deal on Amazon and checked the sealer who turned out to be RGB Direct. Found them online and gave them a call. Gentlemen on the other end, answered all my questions and was very helpful. He was even able to beat the price on Amazon which was the lowest price compared to an other retailer even after taking into account “price match and better”. They also include 5 year warranty which is great. I could pick my delivery date. Was updated all the way through and was called by the delivery crew with a time slot which meant I didn’t have to wait around all day for it to arrive, perfect. TV arrived and was place where we wanted it. Very happy with service so far, but this is where RGB Direct stand out for me. After unpacking the TV and turning it on, the wife says “could we get a bigger one”!! Didn’t think we would be able to do anything but thought I would called RGB Direct to see. Luckily I was able to spoke to the original sales person, sorry forgot his name. Explained we had unpacked the TV, turned it on but had not removed the film from the TV. I wanted to ask if we could exchange the TV for the next size up, Samsung s90f 65. Explained we had found a good price online, sales person said leave it with him and he would call back. Didn’t have to wait long for the call. Again there were able to beat the price online and that I could return the TV without any problems. New TV arrived the same way as previously, without any problems and had the other TV taken away at the same time. Received refund within one week for the first TV. Hands down smoothest experience I have had with an online retailer with such high value goods. Would not hesitate in recommend RGB Direct to anyone. Again want to say thank you to the sales person who was very helpful. Smooth experience and transactions. Other retailers could learn a lesson or two from this company in how to handle customer services. The larger TV is great by the way. Thanks RGB Direct.
