Not helpful
I didn't even get to the point of delivery! Had a replacement American Fridge Freezer to be delivered via an insurance claim & recieved an initial call from the RGB call centre asking for measurements to ensure they could deliver. I spoke with a Steve from the Essex call centre who's customer service skills left a lot to be desired, he was blunt unhelpful with the attitude 'I really don't care'. I was put off straight away & spoke with my insurance company who were able to change suppliers to one I've used before who do go above & beyond to provide an excellent service to their customers. I personally wouldn't recommend RGB for larger items as they are most unhelpful and / or want to charge you additional fees to do something other companies have done with no issues as part of their service

Job done successfully which is the most important part.
Staff weren’t very friendly and definitely had a bit too much arrogance about them. They forgot some of their tools and had to borrow a knife from me.
System for confirming the job was completed was a bit weird I had a washingg by machine delivered but the emails came through asking about a sound system installation. Just a little bit tacky but as I said job done and washing machine works well that’s the main thing

Rude customer service talking like a…
Rude customer service talking like a kid on phone not verfying any details , speaking over me and telling me what to do even though I explained all had been carried out on initial order , the drivers didn’t speak proper English and kept calling trying to make excuses to come another day when they did arrive started saying they wanted to leave on road rather than the driveway very poor cowboys
