I ordered a number of plates 2 months ago, no plates or shipping information received. Did not respond when contacted by phone or email.

Be very wary, scammer through and through!

Order was short delivered by 3 bowls, no explanation. When he eventually replied told me he was trying to source the rest. No follow up. Have asked for and been promised a refund three times over the last few months, still nothing. If he has any sense of ethics he will respond to this with a refund, although I doubt it. Do not trust this man.

Perfect transaction, exactly what I ordered, fast delivery.

Gave four stars as did not receive email confirmation of order or despatch.
Products received were in very good condition as stated.

Great service new China arrived really quickly , now have a full set of our Wedding present and can use it for an Afternoon Tea with friends and family .

Ordered plates but never received. Tried to contact but no reply. Am currently trying to get money back but hold out no hope. Do not buy from them, take your money then disappear.

I placed an order on May 30th for 2 Wedgwood cups and saucers and I paid for them. I received no confirmation email or tracking details. I contacted the company several times, emails and phone calls. I only got one reply : "The order was sent but held up in an airport still waiting to leave"!! and no further contact. Now six weeks later I am still waiting for my order. I started a claim for refund via my credit card company.

Ordered 3 Royal Doulton bowls for friends on 18 April.
Only 2 bowls were received on 1May and since then I have been trying to get a refund for the missing bowl.
I even asked for a cheque that I was told was in the post over 3 weeks ago but still hasn’t appeared.
After pursuing the refund through PayPal I have finally received a full refund today 3July.
Even though I have the money at last I will not be using this company again
