Very pleased with the service I received

The bowl I ordered arrived chipped. I'm fairly convinced it wasn't chipped in transit. It took ages for the seller to send the replacement. At no point did the seller apologise for the inconvenience. All of the messages were short and impersonal (i.e. no Dear Mr X, or signed off with a name). A poor service from start to finish.

Great rare Spode coffee saucers delivered quickly and in great condition. Customer service was good too, if a tad slow at times. Very pleased with this company; I would highly recommend them

Fantastic experience, earning 5 stars! I was hesitant due to mixed reviews (3.6 average when I checked), but ordered replacement plates for my favourite set. Shipping to the Channel Islands was delayed, and the seller’s communication wasn’t very proactive. Still, they resolved the issue honestly, and my order arrived perfectly packaged and undamaged. Their effort and care won me over—highly recommend and will order again!

Very poor customer service, I had to go through Paypal dispute to get my money refunded. The items I ordered arrived completely smashed in the box. I e-mailed the company, no response. I rang and was assured of a refund, this did not appear, another e-mail sent. No response from this company and no refund. I would never use this company again.

Appalling experience. Ordered and paid for item that failed to manifest. Company don’t answer the phone, and when I emailed , they blamed the courier. Quick to take your money, but then don’t deliver. Not an ethical way to run a company. I wish I had read previous trust pilot reviews, as I note others have had a similar experience.

Ordered on 15 Oct. Paid for expedited delivery. After three weeks and no response to my email query, I have requested a refund from PayPal.
