Unfortunately the items I ordered took weeks to arrive. Their quality, once they arrived was very good however and they arrived well and safely packed

Still not received the plates despite phoning the sellers and being promised another delivery. Not very happy at all

Sadly most of my crockery was broken on arrival.

A very good reliable service. I have used Replace my plates a few times and have been impressed with the personal service given . My replacements have always arrived safely and intact . I highly recommend the service.

I found Replaceyourplates by chance and searched their site to replace some favourite coffee cups that had got broken...and there they were, so I ordered them and they arrived promptly, well packed and an exact match with my existing cups.

Great range of products and prompt, personal service.

Made an order in august and never received the product. At first I didn’t get any confirmation e-mail. I asked for an update and got an e-mail a couple of days later. A later got an e-mail telling me a package was sent, but it didn’t work to track it. When I turned to the company after a couple of weeks they told me they had some personal problems with being ill for some time but they were going to look in to it. I still haven’t gotten the product almost two months later or a refund. I can now see here this has happened to a lot others as well. Horrible. If you bye anything here it seems to be a lottery if you loose your money and get scammed or if you get anything.

Plates arrived in good time, in perfect condition and well packaged. Would use again

Following my recent review, I can report a full refund has now been received. The agent claims that he and members of his family have been ill and this delayed the refund being made. That may be so, but does not excuse the considerable amount of time that elapsed, beforehand, especially as delivery was expected within 3-5 days notified on 4 August.

I haven't received my plates yet. I was pleased that you are trying to get the plates that I want for me.

I ordered some plates during the early lockdown which were sent to me very speedily and received them in time for the birthday present that they were intended for.

The person I dealt with was most polite and very helpful. The goods are excellent quality too, and are quite difficult to find elsewhere. They were also reasonably priced.

There was a bit of a delay over delivery but the plates were securely packed and arrived safely , we are pleased to have been able to make up for a few accidents over the years
