They sold me nucleofill expires in 5 days they didn't want to return or refund it as this in their terms and conditions
Item received on 26/03 same day I've sent them email shows expired 04/26 not 30/04/26 plus their discounted item be within 3 months of expirey not in a week you can check contact emails plus in your reply now still you claim expired in 6 weeks.

I didn't have a good experience with the company, because they sold me a Cosmelan 2 cream, and when I went to collect it, the cream was open, so dry that it was cracked, and dark in color because it didn't have the lid. It was out of the box, and when I refused the product, they offered me another supposedly original one, but I would have to pay 22 pounds more. I refused and asked for a refund.

The item you originally received was part of a special promotional offer. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not open or inspect sealed cosmetic products before dispatch. However, because of the nature of these products and their ingredients, changes in texture or appearance can occasionally occur.
Whenever this happens, we are always happy to offer an exchange. In this case, we offered a replacement product that was not part of the promotional sale, which is why there was an additional cost of £22.

Honestly absolutely appalling.
I’ve been in the beauty and aesthetics industry for 14 years and I know when a product that I’ve used countless times before is real or not.
I ordered cosmelan 2, a product I’ve used on myself and clients and knew when it arrived something felt off. I could see a white swirl in the product (looked like it had been mixed with something?) I took out some to see the texture and that was off too as well as the colour. Although the colour can vary this was nothing like I’d experienced before. The smell of the product is what really alarmed me as it was perfumed.
I reached out for a refund but have been told no which is terrible considering the product is not legit although they say it is.
I reached out to Mesoestetic directly and they said they’re trying to get companies like this one banned from selling products claiming to be from them. They also mentioned they have had numerous calls from consumers who have bought from reliable Medicare and have had to advise them too.
To my colleagues in the industry and anyone buying their products,
PLEASE DON’T.
