The product purchased was listed as a special offer item due to its shorter expiry date, and the expiry date was clearly displayed on the product page prior to purchase. The item was delivered to you before the expiry date and was therefore not expired at the time of receipt. Our team would not send you an already expired product.
As explained by our customer service team, products sold under these special-offer conditions are non-refundable in accordance with our terms and conditions, which you accepted prior to purchase.

I received a dermal filler whose expiration date was only one week away. I tried to clarify and resolve this issue, but instead they accused me that it was not their product at all. This is very upsetting to me, especially because of this kind of attitude toward small clients.

This decision was made by an unbiased third-party disputes team after reviewing all information from both sides.
